Purpose of the role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Freight Sales Manager/(100% Hunter) – New Jersey to join our team. We are expanding rapidly and are in the process of building a High Performance Team to drive double digit growth over the next 3 years.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Freight Forwarding services, especially focused on Air& Sea Freight Solutions in the East USA area.
Key Responsibilities and Tasks:
- Build a New Client Base
- Identify and qualify new opportunities focused on Air/Ocean Freight
- Build deeper relationships with New Clients
- Generate proposals and present Solutions to Air/Ocean freight Clients
- Close New Clients and meet sales targets
- Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor products
