Analyst, Asset Management
Location:
Lombard, IL. This position will follow a hybrid work-from-home/office model with at least three days in the office weekly
Role Summary:
Asset Management Analyst provides support and development for EQC support, Operations .
The Asset Management Analyst will have a responsibility to develop, design, implement, manage, and maintain reports, tools, and processes for EQC support, Operations while also providing instructional guidance to end users. The analyst also assesses and makes necessary modifications to the Opus reporting for all departmental teams.
Continuous training and upskilling in data analytics programs is essential.
The Asset Management Analyst will also act as an escalation point to resolve and assist Total Loss, Sale of equipment, off hire/on hire, data integrity, street turn portal issues.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Provides daily/weekly/monthly reports to management outlining significant key items.
- Assist the manager in overseeing the Total loss, offhire/onhire, street turn and data integrity and/or EQC operations
- Assist offshore centers with offhire, misuse, total loss disputes for reconciliation
- Develop tracking/dashboards for company assets including Total Loss, Sale of containers, Off hires and misuse units.
- Work closely with BPIT to enhance reporting data and reports for greater efficiency In order to expedite

- Develop and maintain SOPs for all processes within the Asset Management scope.

- Applies logical methods and analytical skills for recommendations and best results.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to achieve high proficiency in ONE system, including OPUS and Cognos preferred.
- Ability to work cooperatively with other departments.
- Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Google Sheets / Microsoft Excel formulas.
- Experience in liner operations/logistics industry, including experience in Operations (rail, truck, etc.)
- Strong proficiency in MS applications: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Google Sheets, Data Studio, Google Doc)
Required Minimum Years Experience:
- 1+ industry related.
- 3+ analytical experience
Required Minimum Education:
Bachelor's Degree Preferred
