Job Description:

This is air freight operations for the Logistics/supply chain industry. This position will be needed commute to LAX airport some time.

Job Types: Full-time

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Pay: $48,000 Annually

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Route coordination, price quotation, tariff announcement and data analysis based on the actual shipping environment.
  
• Document preparation, cargo pick-up and delivery arrangement.
  
• Communicate closely with airlines, maintain good relationships, and timely and accurately feedback the information to airlines, including price, class, etc.
  
• Monitor the adjustment of shipping space to ensure reasonable and fair distribution and maximize profits.
  
• Communication and coordination between internal and external customers, daily management and guidance of department staff.
  
• Able to commute to LAX as require.
  
• Work onsite.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above, major in aviation logistics, international trade, etc., proficient in English communication.
  
• 3 years working experience in freight forwarding industry, 1 years experience in air transportation, familiar with basic information of airlines and peers.
  
• Know well about the specific operation process of route and field operation, and have a strong sense of cost control.
  
• Good communication and coordination skills, strong data analysis skills and business negotiation skills
  
• Bilingual in Chinese prefer.
